Pat Thomas is a well-known bluesman in his own right, and he learned it all at his father's knees ('Son' Thomas was his father). Blues is not all Pat learned from his Dad - he also does folk art, sometimes on the macabre side, much as did his father. He does drawings, mostly of cats on various 'found' media, as well as sculpted and/or carved heads, all of which, Pat says, come with hoodoo power.
