Good news! Othar Turner, the late fife and drum musician, is to be honored with an official MS Blues Trail marker, and the Turner family has chosen downtown Como as the site for the marker!


The annual blues picnic at Othar's Gravel Springs home place is to occur on Friday, Aug. 28 and on Sat., Aug 29 this year. The marker ceremony is to take place on Saturday, Aug. 29 at 11 a.m in downtown Como.
